The European parliament has voted to bring stronger controls into the F-gas regulations. Industry  argued for more time to aid the transition to lower GWP refrigerants but this was rejected by the Parliament. This is also being discussed by National Ministers in the EU council . The final  agreement is due to be announced later this year
